Love and Health

Hey lovers! I recently felt like I was lacking motivation to workout.  Health and fitness have always been top priority on my list but lately I just didn’t have the energy to make it to the gym more than a few times per week. So, I decided to do something about it. I reached out to an amazing coach to keep me accountable. Coaches need coaches too after all!!!


One thing I would like to stress out is the importance of taking care of our health and wellness. A healthy body will also strengthen your mental health, emotional health, sexual health, and even the health of your relationships. Following a nutrition plan rich in whole foods and a workout regimen will do wonders for you and in turn even for your partner. Complementing your diet and exercise with the right supplements will further your health and overall wellbeing.


In addition to this trifecta of nutrition, exercise, and supplementation it is equally important to sleep well, reduce stress, and make time for play. It's impossible to pour from an empty cup!!! Therefore, we are responsible for filling our own cup. How do we do this? We commit to a workout plan, we meal plan/meal prep, supplement, sleep well, and reduce stress from our lives.
